Shuttleworth Festival of Flight

This COAP Corner brings the community together at Shuttleworth’s Festival of Flight - widely considered one of the finest displays in the country. On 27 and 28 June 2026 at Old Warden Aerodrome, all of Shuttleworth’s serviceable Collection aircraft take to the skies across two days, joined by a brilliant line-up of visiting aircraft - including the Flying Bulls and THAT beautiful ‘Red 12’ flying on both days. From rare WWII warbirds - such as the Bf109, P-51 Mustang, Corsair, B-25 and P-38 Lightning - to the legendary Edwardian pioneers in beautiful evening light, Old Warden’s all-grass aerodrome puts the flying closer to the crowd than almost anywhere else. It’s a photographer’s dream, on the ground and in the air. COAP Corner is our spot for the COAP community to meet up, swap settings and share their shots - but this Mission is open to all. Whether you’re a COAP regular or just visiting Shuttleworth, get your creative shots up here.
