Layered Peaks

This Mission is about using layers to create depth in your mountain landscapes! Capture mountain scenes with multiple ridges or layers visible. Show us how those receding peaks create depth and dimension in your shot. 🏔️ Mission Tips: 🌫️ Shoot in slightly hazy conditions. Atmospheric haze separates each layer beautifully. 📐 Use longer focal lengths to compress layers and stack them tighter together. ⚡ Side lighting works best. It creates shadows that define each ridge clearly. 🎨 Desaturate slightly in post to emphasise the tonal differences between layers. 💬 Which lens did you choose?
